Paul Fuller joined Bedfordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service as Chief Fire Officer on 18 February 2002. Since joining The Fire Service in 1978, Paul’s career path has taken him to West Midlands, West Sussex, Staffordshire and Wiltshire.

Paul has served on a number of national bodies including Chair of CFOA National Procurement Board, the FOBFO Council, Firesa Board, Firebuy Board, Work stream lead for CFOA HR, Chair CFOA Services Limited and Secretary of Association Principal Fire Officers. He is also Chair of CFOA Eastern Region and the Bedfordshire and Luton Chief Executive Forum and a member of two British standards groups and represents the UK as part of the UK delegation to the United States Metropolitan Fire Chief Conference.

Most recently Paul has been elected Vice President Elect of CFOA from September 2011.
